After an eleven year career arranging multi-million dollar equity investments in institutional real estate, life long Massachusetts resident Sarah Joy Laubinger decided to leave corporate America behind in pursuit of mommypreneurship.  The decision was primarily a function of wanting to spend more time with her children and a "hunch" that after some soul searching she would find a new calling.  Just six months after launching her online shop Up My Sleeve Boutique has exceeded 100 sales and designed items for some incredibly special (and famous!) folks.  Sarah sells her designs here through her main website, on ETSY (an online marketplace for all things handmade) and through retailers on Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and Chatham.  Up My Sleeve's designs are all the "buzz" on Facebook, Twitter and blogs everywhere ... One might say this mommypreneur is taking New England by storm.
